Chris already posted them for locks/priests, so I thought it might be good to post them for paladins too.
I will give 2 main healing specs, 1 being a mix between holy/protection and 1 a mix between holy/retribution.
I haven't looked at dps/tankspecs yet, maybe ell wants to post something for the tanks if he's feeling like it :P
Anyway let's go:

-51/20/0-
http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basic ... 0000000000

Note that improved concentration aura has moved from the protection to the holy tree, so no need to put extra points in prot.

New talent: blessed hands appeared in the holy tree, hand spells are some former blessings: hand of freedom, hand of protection, hand of sacrifice and hand of salvation. Like blessings only 1 hand spell can be active per paladin at a time. Purpose of handspells is not having to rebuff a blessing after it wears off, it won't overwrite blessings, so you can have 1 blessing and 1 hand spell per paladin. Handy in fights like maiden where the tank needs to have sacrifice all the time and vashj where the tank needs freedom. However I don't think it's useful to spend 2 talent points in blessed hands.

Infusion of light is very nice I think, holy shock crit + instant holy light, good for pvp too I'd say.

Keeping up Judgements of the pure would mean you'd have 10% more spellhaste all the time, which is invaluable imo.

Not sure about beacon of light, might be good for fights when everyone needs to stand in one place ánd takes damage, but I think on most of the fights people are spread out so it might not be worth taking.

For the prot part:

Kinda the same as before, blessing of kings, great buff ofcourse.

15% strength/5% dodge, all up to you.

Divine guardian looks like a good talent, handy when you know that raid is gonna take big damage soon, and ofcourse it's always good to decrease MT's incoming damage.

Imp devo aura increases healing taken by the affected by 3%, so it's worth it to put a pala in the MT group again.

The holy part is almost the same as the holy/prot version, but it misses beacon of light, which is needed to get the main reason for this spec: Sheath of light.
Critical healing spells heal your target for 60% of the healed amount over 12 seconds. OMG paladin hots, is it true?! I'm gonna try this spec.
Enlightened judgements is good for ranged fights, increased range of judgement spells so you don't have to go melee range.

This spec also gives some raidassistance:

Imp might always good.

Heart of the crusader: judgements will increases critical strike chance of all attacks made against the target by an additional 3%, won't say no to that.

Conviction will also increase critchance of (healing) spells now, so definitely worth taking imo.

Pursuit of Justice/Seal of Command: personal preference, could be useful for grinding/running away from horde, but you can put these 3 points in benediction instead if you prefer reduced mana cost for seals/judgements.

Feel free to comment / discuss / flame / etc.

My only comment is that we'll be getting the new talents before we get access to levels 71 and above.
I wonder what those builds would look like before the expansion at level 70?

this is gonna be my lvl 70 with wotlk talents, pretty good for pvp aswell as pve i think. Didn't know whether i should take conviction or not, but i wouldn't have points left for judgements of the pure, and i'm gonna go for the 10% spellhaste. Points left i'm putting in prot so i'll have bok too:).

I haven't really had an opportunity to have a good look at the talents so far, but it seems as though you can have two types of holy paladins, the "Sheath of Light" Paladin, with extra spellcrit and HoTs and a bit more raid utiliy and the "Beacon of Light" Paladin who is more focused towards group healing.

Looking at the talent trees, it seems like the talents which aren't invested in "Judgement of the Pure" are offset by the 30% healing bonus in "Sheath of Light".

This is the build I came up with for level 80, there are three talent points spare, which can be invested however you deem suitable. I didn't bother to invest in the Protection tree because spending 10 talent points on essentially useless PvE healing talents just for BoK didn't seem worth it, however if you are going for PvP or a hybrid build then it's obviously a different story. You could invest 3 points in the Divine Strength talent to support Sheath of Light, but I don't know if it's better to put them elsewhere.

put those 3 points in judgements of the pure!!! 6% spellhaste ftw.
and i wouldn't put that point in imp layonhands , but in imp conc aura instead. Uninterruptable is very nice.
same for imp bow, it's nice but i'd put those two points in imp conc aswell. It's good to have a imp bow pala in raid though.

These are both interesting specs.

I would personally use something like this
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=sxAzg0dhiuMxRta0b

Although the spell haste given by "Judgements of the Pure" is absoultley brilliant, it will be hard to attain in most fights since the of the range of judgements, this is my thinking to getting "Enlightened Judgements"

Lay on Hands was also missed out, and that talent gives it a 16 minute cooldown and a big armour increase. This gives the tank more time to recover after you've used your lay on hands and reinforces it's function. Maybe you might reconsider getting that to.

Pure of Heart is something for naxxramas in the upcoming expansion, the plague wing in particular will bring some nasty debuffs and 50% resistance will work out nicely.

Beacon of Light is a must have in opinion. Although extremely expensive it's extremely useful, for healing 2 tanks at a time, healing the tank while topping up the raid, healing yourself while healing the tanks or raid.

Blessing of Kings and Blessing of Protection are two more useful things i've added in. Blessing of Protection is a must have. It is so so so useful.

My spec relies heavily on the holy tree, but in my opinion is the best for pure healing.

Comments please :)

Thanks

James (The new paladin)

Spec looks good for lvl 70, I wonder what your lvl 80 build is gonna look like. Personally i think i'm gonna take this at 80:
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=sxAzxhzhiuMxRtZVcbx0h
As you can see, no points in prot, so the bok will have to come from other paladins, but instead i put some points in ret:

-benediction reduces manacost of instant spells by 10% which is good for cleanse/holy shock/judgements and beacon of light.
-heart of the crusader for raidassistance, 3 % extra critchance for everyone hitting the target.
-2 points in imp bom, can also be put in imp judgements, but imp bom better for raidassist imo.
-conviction and sanctified seals increase my critchance by 8% total, also counts for healing spells, this is the main reason i choose for this spec.

for the holy part, most stuff in here is the same as in your spec, some changes:

-I'm not taking lay on hands, decreases cooldown by 4 minutes... personally i only use loh on myself when i'm oom to get some mana back, but even if you want to use it on a tank, it will be only once at the end of a fight, when you're oom, because when you use it you lose all your mana. The 50% armor buff only lasts for 15 seconds, so not much profit from that either.
-imp conc aura is invaluable imo, so I'd definitely take that.
-i skipped pure of heart because i trust on my fellow dispellers to dispell me too, might be good for pvp, but my spec was for pve in the first place, so that's out for me.
-like you, I put 2 points in purifying power aswell, but i could understand someone wants to put them in blessed hands/unyielding faith/sacred cleansing instead, personal preference.

Those retribution choices seem clever.
I've take n a few points out of holy and put them into prot.
This is an 80 raiding spec

http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?paladin ... 0000000000

Now here we have that nice buff to divine shield. 30% damage protection I'm thinking fights where raid members are taking random large amounts of damage.
And then extra 6% from dev aura.

Although this would make grinding intensley more boring.

Seems pretty pro.
