First of all, update DBM to the latest version. The beta version is preferable, there should be an option if you right click on the addon name in Curse, or use the alpha link on the right hand side of http://deadlybossmods.com

Navigate to

World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\DBM-ThroneFourWinds

On your computer (the exact location depends on where WoW is installed)
And replace

Conclave.lua
Localisation.en.lua

With

-deleted-

Right click on the links and choose "Save Target As" (or similar) to download them.
