yeah it went well after a few tries... people just didnt figure out that its jsut about keeping yourself alive... bandage yourself and come back to fight...
Btw, after the 1st few tries i observed and saw taht much ppl, casters, ranged and healers are far too close to vr, and thats a pitty cos they dont have enough time to see the arcane bombs... so for next time, stay really in max range, it helps really...
And i also wanted to add that the camera distance adjsutment to 100 makes really things easier, if not all ,-p
Apart from this, it was great to finally down something in tk lol !
i suggest we do VR once a week from now on to make everybody get the t5 shoulders and improve the raid's gear... even if the trash are a pain in the %/!
whadya think ?

I know these stats are useful, but I wouldn't want us to get too hung up on them, especially in a fight where most people were dead by the end and thus not dpsing. For example, on one of the fights my dps is quite low - this is because on that particular attempt VR seemed to love me and my closest neighbours and I never got off more than one fireball in a row without having to run. On the last fight, my dps is higher, because I didn't get targeted so much. Other peoples are low, but that was because they died early on :)

They are useful for each person individually to compare against themselves and try out new rotations etc, but some fights are not so good for people to compare themselves against other people.

On overall data usually the same peeps are up top, for example tigertom and ell are always up top 3-4 and thats usually constant. One try might tell different but that really shows who can do good dps/stay alive. Its true that theres classes who arent even supposed to be up top, affliction locks or enhancement shammies etc. but for the rest of us the data is really useful.

The more all of us do dmg the easier we down bosses, same with healing. Even if you feel good about the dmg you're doing the charts might correct that feeling and you might even go check out other rotations, specs etc. -> make you a better player.

I dont think theres any peep in guild who wouldnt feel satisfied topping a dmg meter but that doesnt mean they can get cocky about it. Cos theres always a demolock out there who will overdps your puny ass. Nah, its just a good way seeing how u do dps compared to other with same class.

First two tries in addition to DPS dying all the time we got aggro problem with tanks , just to make a point here we really need 3 tanks on him all the time and hunters MD rotations is important .
The big problem here it takes a lot of time to clear , but loot is nice .

i forgot to mention md rotation, its really important...
Btw im open for any suggestion to make this easier for me, as i died 2x while trying to select the tank i was to md, as i received the orbs while trying typing : /target x , and md up and move to avoid orb... on the last trise i managed to do it fortunately because no orbs comin and because after resetting camera distance i could see better idf orbs were comin or not...
thanks for your suggestions,-)

As Ive said before, the logs and statistics are useful information to have and referrence, and I personally can spend an hour easy analyzing the stuff without even noticing.
Its not to point out any specific point or number or person. Some fights will differ than others because of the dynamic of the encounter and obviously you should consider this when trying to make any sense of any parsed log.
My point is, the info is there, I find it interesting and usefull, I think anyone who is semi serious about improving should probly find it that as well, and thats it. Do what you want with it. I just thought I should share with everyone. If I find it valuable, then maybe at least one other freak might, so its worth the 5 minute post.

The only time I actually got into specifics is to demonstrate the sort if info thats possible to get from these logs, and even that was the tip of the iceburg.
Its there, use it or not, up to you.
