Here are the changes so far... big nerf to surv, small buff to mm and bm.

Hunters:

    Aimed Shot! weapon damage has been increased to 200%, up from 95%

    Aspect of the Wild, Aspect of the Hawk, and Aspect of the Fox can now be cast while mounted.

    Cobra shot cast time is now affected by haste.

    Concussive Shot duration has been increased to 6 seconds, up from 4.

    Deterrence now provides 100% chance for melee attacks to miss instead of 100% parry chance. This means that attacks that cannot be parried, notably some rogue abilities, can now be prevented by Deterrence, and the hunter will gain the benefit of Deterrence even if disarmed.

    Dust Cloud's cooldown and duration have been modified to make it closer aligned with Tailspin (same effect, different pet).

    Freezing Trap now has a PvP duration of 8 seconds.

    Kill Command's damage has been increased by 20%.

    Kill Shot's attack power scaling has been increased by 50%.

    Master's Call now has a 35-second cooldown, down from 1 minute, and its range has been increased to 40 yards, up from 25. In addition, the visual effect is more obvious.

    Steady Shot cast time is now affected by haste.

    Wing Clip now has a PvP duration of 8 seconds.


Talent Specializations:

Marksmanship


    Chimera Shot's attack power scaling has been increased by 20%.

    Wild Quiver (Mastery): Chance for this to trigger per mastery has been increased by approximately 17%.

Survival

    Black Arrow damage has been reduced by 25%.

    Explosive Shot damage has been reduced by 25%.

    Hunter vs. Wild has been increased to 5/10/15% Stamina, up from 4/8/12%.

    Into the Wilderness (passive) has been reduced to a 10% Agility increase, down from 15%.

    Serpent Spread can now only affect up to 4 targets per Multi-Shot, down from unlimited.

Pets:

    Pets now have 70% of the master's armor, rather than a different value based on which type of pet they are.

    Shale Spiders now correctly have a special ability (Web Wrap).

    Bad Manner (monkey) now properly breaks from damage.

Glyphs:

    Glyph of Concussive Shot redesigned. It now limits the maximum run speed of the target while Concussive Shot is active.


Bug Fixes:

    Cobra Shot now properly increases the duration of the Serpent Spread Serpent Sting.

Did a little testing on the PTR now didnt bother to collect hours of data + the ptr is abit laggy, so its not 100% accurate. But this is how the dps are looking atm.

(All the data was collected after dpsing 5 min on the raider's training dummy, unbuffed and without external debuffs on the target)


They seam to have fixed most of the hunter buggs, so YEY for that. This is just my testing so its not official;

Explosive Trap is still bugged, and uses the magical crit multiplier

Marksman mastery tooltip has been fixed and is now showing 1.8

The Windfury/Hunting Party buff seams to be fixed, i wasnt able to do any testing on this, but i felt like i had much more focus

Cobra Shot now properly increases the duration of the Serpent Spread Serpent Sting. (official)


Didnt test any of the pet bugs yet or Beatmaster DPS, maybe i'll do it later in the week if i get bored ^^

Oh yeah i wasnt sure was blizz ment by "Cobra shot cast time is now affected by haste." in the patch notes, cuz it was before too, but anyway it affects it a lot more now so we only need to have ~500 haste to reach a 1.66 sec cast on cobra shot (so we can perfectly fit 3 inbetven explosive shots) im not sure if we will be able to stack haste now to fit a 4th shot in, we have to wait and see

The patch isn't finished. Our intent is to bring Survival DPS down to the level of some of the other dps specs while making Marks and BM more attractive in PvE. With pure DPS classes it is probably impossible to engineer a three-way tie on all encounters. However, we think we can make them close enough so that players can choose to play their favorite without feeling like they are a burden on the rest of the group.

For an overall approach, we made a few changes that will buff Survival, or even hunters in general. First, focus generation was lower as a result of a bug with haste buffs such as Hunting Party. We've fixed that bug, so focus generation will be higher now when that buff is present (presumably all the time for Survival). Second, we made Steady Shot scale with haste, which will let hunters get more attacks in overall and have more focus with which to do so. These changes would have been a net buff for Survival without additional nerfs to compensate.

[...] Bottom line is that Survival does too much damage right now on live. The damage needs to come down. We'll be working to make sure the final numbers take into account all the other various changes that are going in to the patch to ensure it remains a viable spec, ensure the other two specs are competitively viable as well, and in-range of what we expect the damage output of the class to be relative to others.

We're evaluating hunter DPS even now, and if it turns out the changes go too far we'll make adjustments. (Source)


PvP changes
On PvP, we don't think high damage is the key to hunter success. The Deterrence and Master's Call changes are intended to help to that end and make some defensive mechanics a little less tricky to use. Again, we'll continue evaluating the changes. The patch isn't going live tomorrow. (Source)

Pet Fixes

* Pet families added in Cataclysm should not be missing talents.
* Pets should fight all underwater creatures, even if the hunter is out of melee range.
* Ancient Hysteria should not able to affect low-level characters.
* Ancient Hysteria now correctly affects pets.
* Embrace of the Shale Spider now provides resistances so that those resistances are not lost if this buff overwrites Blessing of Forgotten Kings.
* Ferocity-category pets in the dog and fox families now have access to the pet talent Charge.
* Mobility can correctly be learned by land-based hunter pets.
* Ravage no longer counts toward stun diminishing returns.
* Undead hunters now start with Revive Pet on the action bar.
* The pet Spellbook entry for Serpent Swiftness now shows its rank.
* Shale Spiders are no longer missing a special ability.
* The Shell Shield (Terrorpene) visual has been enlarged and should now be seen when cast.
* The tooltip for the armor value in the Character pane should now be showing the correct amount of armor granted to pets.




Seams to me like they fixed a few bugs and added some others, guess we just have to wait and see whats fixed on live...
