Just a quick one today, I'd like to help our DK's in the correct use of this wonderful ability on the Sindragosa Fight.

Firstly this ability doesn't work quite as well as something like bubble for tolerating Sindra's abilities but it is pretty awesome if you use it right... And bubble doesn't have a 45 second cd.

The most important aspect of this ability is not the reduced damage taken, or even the runic power gained. The most important aspect of this ability is the prevention of application of magical debuffs. And on Sindragosa this is amazing.

The 3 Sindra abilities that AMS can be helpful for are:
Chilled to the Bone
Mystic Buffet
Blistering Cold

Chilled to the Bone - This debuff will stack pretty quickly on DW classes so this only really applies to DW DK's, which is just me, but I'll say it anyway, if you reach 4,5 or 6 stacks your taking a lot of damage and should really pull back and let the stacks drop off... That is if you didn't have AMS, just pop this ability with less than 5 seconds left on the buff and no more stacks will be able to be applied to you. Meaning you can continue to dps safe in the knowledge your about to drop down to 0 stacks (And have 100/130 Runic Power).
N.b. I try and wait till 3 or less seconds are left because AMS will fall off if you take too much damage and you could get another stack.

Mystic Buffet - Same principle as chilled to the bone, using AMS with 5 or less seconds left on mystic buffet will prevent another stack being applied to you, meaning you can dps every other Ice Tomb and Sindragosa in the gaps between every other ice tomb and take the same amount of damage as if you were hding behind every ice tomb. Obviously you can't use this every other ice tomb but it certainly comes in handy if the raid is melee heavy and you need more dps on Sindra.

Blistering Cold - AMS is only any good if you mess up here, but it can save you from death on its own in phase 1 and combined with an IF in phase 3.

Also, Unholy presence is a godsend in phase 3, all the running about you have to do more than makes up for the 15% lost damage from blood presence.

Great tips Ell!

Using every possible class mechanic in order to optimize time on target on this fight is critical to the success of the encounter.
And as dual wielder I can very much empathize this.

Rogues with full buffs , SnD, and haste spec have a sick speed of ~0.5/~0.7 which means ~3 auto attacks per second not including mutilates and envenoms.

Seeing this I think I should post on rogue's section such tips as well.
