Came across this article when looking for some hunter stuff.. and my god this rly works! I went from normaly haveing 150-200ms to now haveing 30-60ms!!! and I can notise the diffrence when pulling a mob or moveing ^^ should be at the front page of blizz.com if u ask me.

Tried it and actually i see my instant casts go off instant and not with delay. So it works atleast for me. Usually at 200ms latency, now 30-50.

Actually have to add that in FoS i seemed to do 1k more dps too so yeah that worked real nice.

it sounded too good to be true but it really worked. my lat also drop from 200 to 50 bout. and casts works way better..
