I wanna suggest an addon that is awesome for healers.
Addon is Grid and you can download it from this link http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/9503/
belive me this addon makes healing a lot easyer
try it

Yeah grid is good, but i always prefered healbot. similiar addons, but all about personal preference
