I would like to recommend great addon - WIM (WoW Instant Messenger )
available for download here : http://wow.curse.com/downloads/details/3921/
this addon opens you a window for each player who whisper you , so u can alway see simultaneously all messages and also see old messages because this addon also stores history of your /whispering .
