i feel we should introduce an offspec role into raids.
basically, this is an item that is not needed with anyones main gear, but could be used if that person went a different spec.

by a different spec i mean:
fury gear for warriors, and vice versa
prot gear for paladins,
enhancement/resto gear for ele shamans... and so on.

this tends to benefit the guild more than just wasting the epic because noone wants to use dkp. plus, its recommended that tanks have an extra set of gear for when they arent MT/OTing.

but just a suggestion. i'll set up a poll so people can have a say.
