This is my summary on all the currently available glyphs for priest. It includes their name, level, description, and raid utility. Holy [Glyph of Renew] 15 Reduces the duration of your Renew by 3 sec. but increases the amount healed each tick by 25%. I rate it at 5/5, a must. You may of noticed that a reduction of 3 seconds and 25% increased heal actually puts out the same numbers. The only difference is that you now get it 3 seconds faster.[Glyph of Smite] 15 Increases the chance you'll resist spell interruption when casting your Smite spell by 50%. 0/5, epic fail. Useless for raiding, might come in handy for solo.[Glyph of Dispel Magic] 19 Your Dispel Magic spell also heals your target for 6% of maximum health. Not bad, 3/5. It's very sittuational in raiding, and im sure you can find something better, I think it would be better in PvP.[Glyph of Fear Ward] 20 Reduces cooldown and duration of Fear Ward by 30 sec. 2/5, not my cup of tea, seems like a wasted glyph. As it stands there are no raids where fear spamming is active, although it may come in handy at points, I think there could be better.[Glyph of Flash Heal] 20 Reduces the mana cost of your Flash Heal by 10% Another must have - 5/5. 10% is a huge amount, and in raiding its going to most likely be your most used heal, will save you about 70 mana per heal.[Glyph of Holy Nova] 20 Your Holy Nova spell heals for an additional 40%, but deals 40% less damage. A mere 1/5. Not only does Holy Nova have a huge mana cost(965), but its limited to your party, and with about 2k bh this is only going to be healing about 1.5k health.[Glyph of Prayer of Healing] 30 Your Prayer of Healing spell also heals an additional 20% of its initial heal over 6 sec. Hmm... 3/5. Can't think off too many places where Prayer of Healing is handy being only a party heal. And while 20% isn't too bad(about 1k if it crits), it's again very sittuational and I think there are better. [Glyph of Spirit of Redemption] 30 All heals cast while Spirit of Redemption is active have a 20% chance to increase the remaining duration of Spirit of Redemption by 4 sec. A good one... kind of... 4/5. Infact... this is an excelent glyph, if you do die, spamming flash heals, or CoH, or anything quick really, can bump the timer up very fast, i've actually been able to survive as Spirit of Redemption(in a raid) for 68 seconds(thats up from 15 base). The only problem is it's very chance based, and in general if the healer is dying, then something is going wrong(or the healer is messing up), and while it meens mana free casts, you can't move around and it's very risky, but if you have a free spot, its definately worth it.[Glyph of Lightwell] 40 Increases the amount healed by your Lightwell by 20%. Well... I don't see lightwell often in many raid builds, so 2/5. It is a good glyph for what it does, but I can't see it being that useful in raids, it's not that useful for tanks and dps would have to be in range and stop dps to click it.[Glyph of Circle of Healing] 50 Your Circle of Healing spell heals 1 additional target. Any CoH'er must have this! 5/5. An excelent glyph, and anyone who wants to play aoe spam healer should take this .
