CT Raid Assist

What is CT RAID?
It's popular with raid leaders. You'll probably have it, you'll need it to go on raids.
As far as I can tell, it:
  • Lets raid leaders spy on your inventory, so they know how many health and mana pots you have.
  • Provides a handy dandy polling ability, so raid leaders can poll people with a yes/no question.
  • Waits until you're in a good mood, then provides you with a constant stream of UI error messages when you're trying to do something.
  • Provides a new set of health bars for your raid. (I've not yet worked out why. They don't do anything the Blizzard UI doesn't do, except for spewing out the afformentioned error messages when clicked on.)

So it's got some nice points. But the last two aren't quite so nice.
Any advice on getting this thing working?

Lol nice 'recommendation' with the error msgs :P

Anyway I have it set up to automatically use CT Raid's health bars in raids instead of the defualt ones. I feel they take less space and keep things a bit more tidy. Have never had any error msgs I think.

Didn't know raid leaders could spy on our inventory though! Most watch out what I bring with me for raids from now on...

To be honest I think some of my problems are either because they let it get a bit out of date, or because of one section that I've got installed.
If I ever get the time, I need to actually dive deeper into it and work out what exactly is causing the errors and how to fix it.

Doesn't really bother me. You get the occasional person coming to raids without being repaired, etc., so this is kind of mean this is needed.

I've always used CTRaid, but after I deleted all addons 3 weeks ago and reinstalled them, I can't get CTRaid get working again for some reason...except the error messages.

A lot of guilds have replaced CTRaid already for those reasons, but I don't remember what addon they use now. :?:

I use oRA atm, it's the same idea and i think it is recognised as CTRA in version checks, but it's a bit more customizable.
