Please can we set some guidlines for raiding behaviour, as I think there is some confusion ..

During the actual boss fight there is the expectation you will be focusing on this, not on guild chat nor on general general chat - nor on ur msn chats =p

Its actually insulting to the rest of the team if they waste their pots n food buffs etc if you then are not performing your role in raid whilst chit chatting.

Please consider ur guildies and please dont make us look like idiots by showing the rest of the server ur too busy chatting to pay attention n get the boss down :)

You have no idea how annoyed I am by this, ppl who know me will note how polite I am being here and be very scared =p

So basically I'd like to say .. SILENCE!! .. I KIELL U!

Rant over. normal srvice will be resumed asap.

Also u r expected to bring FULL supplys of reagents, pots, etc.

And have appropriate addons, I'm not gunna name names, but there is a certain dps in this guild without Omen. and not having this got them killed, and also nrly wiped the raid.
So please ensure you stick to the rules, its not for us, its for the other 20 or so people that have to spend money on repairs taht could easily be avoided.

agree.

people shoudn't be talking general.
nor in guildchat while doing a boss.

they should have there hands/mouse at there skills.
trying to do the BEST IMBA DPS they can.
or keeping everybody up as a healer.

tbh. the more raids we do. the more i like Zul'Aman.
not only because its a nice place with nice fights.
bud also.

we go there with good players who like to raid on there main and are there for 100%.
who dont go AFK all the time.

every 25 man raid we do. i get annoyed with how many people go afk etc.
and need to leave early.
show up late withouth telling.

EQ.

To be fair, I think the reason we wiped last night was because there were some problems with the cubes. For me at least, there were a few times when my clicks just didn't seem to register - and the whole raid gets blasted if you're late clicking :(

But I agree it's annoying to have people talking in general. Yes, I know you can leave it. But I always forget to rejoin if I do that ^_^;;

I'm actually quite proud of this guild; in that most people do have all the addons that we need installed.
But there are still a few people without deadly boss mods, and yes, there are one or two people without Omen, which is really annoying.

i agree
in raid's i personal prefer in raid chat only questions or inportend things
things that are not inportend should not be in the raid chat typ it in /s chat than

dont talk at all in general chat becaus if we dowing buffs and waiting for people to be rdy and some of us gonna talk in general that dossand mean that other guilds are aswell buffing they can be in the middle of a fight and wanna have there chat clean so if some funny people gonna talking in general alot of people wont like it specialy raid leaders who trying to have some order in there raids

about guild chat can be talked on but not wile buffing and certainly not in combat like boss fights nor on the trashmobs
again same reason if we are in combat and some people gonna talk in guild chat or some other chat who are also in the raid wile in combat
other fellow guildies wont like it as they rly trying there best to get a good raid.

and i also agree with shead and if i am correct we do got guild lines for addons we even got a guild addon package that every one should have
i dont have it but i got the addons witch we need
GC / DBM / omen / ct / ctraidassit
i got more but those are not nessary

I must say the behaviour of some of our raiders last night was awful.
If you want to be in the raid then concentrate on it, if you don't then don't join in the 1st place.

Have a little respect for your guild and don't waste our time!

Yet another boss fight and yet another situation where ppl think its ok to chat on GC during this. I'm losing the will to live here. It takes the piss it rly does. Unless ur completely perfect in every aspect of ur play WHY ON EARTH do u think its ok? This means ur either top dps or top healer and nvr screw up on tactics or pulling aggro.

This was an officer too. I'm here asking myself wots the point of saying this cause Im more n more seeing there appears to be no point.

We got Morogrim down DESPITE the lack of focus from some, so ty everyone else.

omg someone says hi and you go to town on them. again people are making a mountain from a molehill. did you wipe because of this? no. did you take the boss down? yes. i could understand if it was a full blown conversation but 2 bloody letters? i can see this post getting out of hand by more and more people jumping on the bandwagon. yes i wasn't there and didn't see what happened but hey neither did most of the people who commented on a certain other "blown up" post. Please just calm down i know its annoying when we wipe and everyone always looks for someone else to blame but hey it is after all a game and i always thought games were supposed to be fun and entertaining.

stez, she means that we need to make sure we keep concentrating at all times, one slip at the wrong moment could be the difference between wiping and killing. For example, maggy the otehr night, 1 person wasnt concentrating, and poof! we wiped at 19%. tbh guild chat isnt a huge problem if your dead, but if your alive i'm sure u would like to stay that way, so please keep focus on the fight, you can talk after it.

As for the problems, it's all due to raiding discipline, Just make sure ur fully repaired, have necessary buffs, and your full on Reagents and Pots. I think maybe we should introduce -dkp or something for this.

This isn't really a new thing for us.

When people don't take things as seriously as you, it's insanely annoying.

And there's no question, lack of focus wipes us. If you don't want to focus, you won't progress, and if progressing is what gives you most enjoyment in the game, your not gonna stay for long with people that aren't as focused as you

exactly. You really have no idea how frustrated i feel, as i've been in this guild for about 4 months, and im yet to kill a new boss with it. And I dont mean a guild boss, cos i've done this all before, the thing is it isnt the gear thats holding us back, its the people not reading up tactics, being prepared, or focusing on boss attempts thats holding us back. So can we please get a little more focus in these raids, at the end of the day it will benefit you people too.

Lol, I've had to "lend" them to several paladins on more than one occasion and you know, I've never had any back!!
