Can we please use this to post the next raid bosses we wish to take down, i recommend we pick one, keep to it, and then go to the next one.

i also recommend pushing to kill the boss on 1 certain night, and then going for farms on other days.

however if the boss is in SSC or something and we have bosses to kill that are on farm on the way to it, i.e hydross (soon) or lurker, then we kill them, and then go to the progress boss.

my preposed route is:

Hydross > Magtheridon > Fathomlord > Leo > Morogrim > solarian > alar > Vashj > Kael > MH > BT > Sunwell

as that is a quick kill, then an easy farm boss (good with gruul), then t5 legs, t5 gloves, murloc punishment, easy fight, revenge on trash, t5 helm, t5 chest, t6 and sexeh epix, then next :P

but anyway, dont listen to me, about this sorta thing, i wanna see people posting a route and us sticking to it, that way we know what we're gunna do and can prepare properly.

Magtheridon is piss easy as of now, and he drops 3! T4 tokens too, which can be more of an asset to guild progress than the measly hydross loot, if you truly want a kill order, then this would/should be better:

Magtheridon>morogrim/alar>solarian>leotheras/hydross>vashj>kael'thas>Hyjal>bt>sunwell

Hydross could be done, but I think the best idea is to give the fight a go and see wether the gear in general is good enough for it and if the res tanks can manage to survive with the odd healer setups.
Hydross can do enormous spike damage, Magtheridon is however, as of today, nerfed to oblivion, the max inferno's has been lowered to 3! instead of 10. And all kind of damage and debuff time has been lowered as well. As for the trash which remained unchanged, that's a matter of LoS and tanking positions which I'll gladly make a scheme for.

I put Morogrim after Magtheridon, purely because (IF) you have enough AoE damage, and IF you have a protadin, it should be cake. Although the AoE damage might be a problem if you don't have enough warlocks, in total you may want 7-ish mages/locks.

Leotheras is more or less on par with hydross, less spike damage, but nonetheless you'll need some time to prepare a warlock tank for this one (unless you'll use a warrior tank) for the resistancegear.

1. The 10 man instances and 25 man instances should progress together and not one after another .
2. Void Reaver and Lurker is down , so we need to close the space between bosses and kill first Alar and Hydross , Zulaman Next Boss should be Janalai
3. Btw today is also patch day , so new 5 man instance with heroic mode is available (Magisters' Terrace) .

MAG is much more easier now , found some undocumented changes from last patch , maybe we can do him next .
Code:
Magtheridon's Lair
? The duration of the Mental Exhaustion debuff has been reduced, such that you only need one person to per cube. Also, there can only be one Infernal per Channeller.

After last night of wiping i am really think we have stop to do TK for a while and concentrate with MAG and SSC , its just taking too much to clear , and ppl are getting frustrated .
We are ready for Hydros , and trash is easy , MAG, same.

tbh, farm voidreaver on a set farming day, its 2 hours, and easy enough.
magtheridon, when on farm is less than an hour to do, as is gruul.

the thing thats holding us back atm is discipline in raids.

If you want to attend a raid you should be ready BEFORE the invites are supposed to start, and they should start 15 minutes BEFORE the set time.

if you have to go AFK, during a raid, give atleast 5 minutes notice, DO NOT just go afk without telling anyone, you will keep the group back, and as a cause u will slow our overall progression down. (I know im sometimes guilty of this sorta thing, but i always let the raid know when i'm going afk, and if i do have to go afk for a set period of time before the raid i let the inviter know.)

As for progression, its ok to focus on 1 boss at a time, however, things like hydross and magtheridon are simple fights to remember, and are relatively easy to do.

I do recommend doing hydross soon, as he drops some good stuff, and takes roughly 1 night to master. Despite what people say, he's not too bad, and easily doable if we have 7ish AoEers (4 locks, 3 mages). We have 2 resist tanks, and 2 offtanks with sufficient resist gear, to do adds. However, i recommend getting 2 more resist sets crafted for tanks.

Magtheridon is easy, the thing that let us down was that most healers had never done that fight, so they were unsure of how it works. Tactics we used were fine, but i have an idea to make it much simpler:
MT tanks add 1 (1 healer)
OT takes 4 and 5 (2 healers, 1 rogue on 5, because then warrior gets aggro on shield bash from stopping add 4s heal)
T3 takes 2 when this dies, t3 establishes aggro on 4. (1 healer, follows)
t4 takes 3 (1 healer)

after the healers tanking target is down, the healer then goes heal the MT (he takes 12k CLEAVES)

as u can see i have 5 healers on tanks, by the time magtheridon is free, there should be 3 healers at least on the MT, and 3 of magtheridons adds should be dead, freeing up the t4 healer to heal the MT.

which means 6 healers, needed however u will struggle with parties if u only have 6 so 7 healers, 1 of those being a dedicated party healer.

2 healers need to heal the raid at the start, but as soon as mr. t is free 1 party healer should heal the MT (hits for 12k , so need 2 big heals on him, flashes wont do.)
after maghteridon has been free for about 1 minute there shoulkd be 4 healers on the MT and the 2 extra healers should be just about ready to go onto healing the MT, one of these could go onto raid healing too as 5 healers should be plenty.

Anyway going to catch a train home now so cya laterzzz
