Are there any essential macros people recommend for enhancement and resto shammys?

for resto yes a macro for a instand big heal #showtooltip nature's swiftness /cast nature's swiftness /cast healing wave /castsequence reset=6 mana spring totem,wrath of air totem,tremor totem,flametongue totem these kind of macro's you need to click 4 time's for all 4 totems why these 4 totems i use mana totem and wrath of air mainly *click 2 time's on the macro for that becaus it are the 2 first totems* tremor for some fights so if i want that i just click 3 time's on it and flametongue totem (fire buff for pary members weapons) for instance mainly or if i get placed in group with a melee person. why not searing totem becaus in 5 man instance you can break sheeps with it or other crowd controle's so as a note it's inportand in witch way you put the totem names first if you want manatotem first than write the totem name and a ( , ) behind it and next name no space between the name's i have the /castsequence reset=6 i putted number 6 there so i have 6 second the time befor the macro reset why 6 seconds ? becaus when your putting totems down in 5man or 25man instance it could be posseble you suddenly need to heal and i have seen it alot of time's so far as i know there not rly importand macro's for shamans in general but the totem macro's can be very help full i got a quite alot of those pvp and pve for all 3 talents specs i even got macro's for different tanks in my 5man party like for example a druid need agilty totem a warrior have more than enough with flametongue and str totem and a paly is oke with strength and spelldmg littel tip dont let you make your self crasy becaus every dps wants windfury or a other totems if you think you should place somthing els than do that it's your char not there's  good luck greets lev

Tell me do you have some macro for elemental shammy that could help do a better dps or to be faster or anything that would make my better!?

sure i use this one for raiding click 1 time on the macro and you only get the first totem press 4 time's and you get all 4 you only need the first 3 but some fights tremore aswell so click 4 than /castsequence reset=6 wrath of air totem,totem of wrath,mana spring totem,tremor totem if i make to much aggro or i am in a group with another shaman i put tranquil totem down (use a other macro for that one) just delete the first totem name and replace it with tranquil totem and the macro will put tranquil first down these macro's save some time in putting your totems down there is not realy a macro that make you better in dps as we dont have that much spells i guess you can make a macro that activate your trinket and cooldowns at the same time would save you maby another 1 sec we not realy macro depended but it make stuff alot easyer ofcourse
