Here are those macros i was talking about last night, they are used with any type of raid frames and generally i use them to save space.

/cast [target=mouseover, exists] (healing spell RankX)
there are other variations of these macros which i'm sure you will find via google if you so desire.
and another appology about bailing on Zul'jin last night.

I've played with these when I first tried raid-healing with my Priest.

They've got the advantage that you don't need to download an addon to use them (if you have some kind of add-on phobia), but they're fiddly to set up and to use. They don't do anything about incoming healing either.

If you're even thinking about making a Macro like this then you need to get Healbot instead.

Grid itselff can be used to show incoming heals

If you're a Grid fan, then there's another addon as well that will combine with it and give it healbot's clicking functionality - it's worth checking out.
