I want peoples opinions which the highest current warlock dps spec is... because well, everyone plays got damn fire destro of which I'm not a fan of the play style.

My dual spec is Demo/Affli and I pretty much play demo 100% of the time because I find the rotation slicker and I've already got all my addons set up to it. But if I'm going to go through all that again I want to know its worth it. I heard somewhere that even with crit rolling Affli is still the lowest dps spec of all 3, and although I don't want to believe that the hardest rotation is the lowest dps I've got a feeling it is true.

So if any of our warlocks do actually visit the forums could I have your input, I'd much appreciate what you think the highest (single target) dps spec is.

Edit: I miss my shadowbolt spam spec of TBC days, CoE up once then mash shadowbolt till your oom, awesome

depends guite much fight. but destro is worst in all cases if player knows what to do and play all specs.. as u can see from those bars billy posted on all class/spec dps.. affliction goes first. demo second and destro last. tho i think demonology beats affliction in fights like PP where u need to dps other targets time after time. or in fights u get stunned or somethin and u cant refresh haunt dots etc.

Oh those symbols at the bottom of the bars indicate spec, its all so obvious now...

I might give affli a try in a pug at some point then, but normally when I join a pug I'm the only demo lock so have to stay it... Which makes me think, why don't we have a demo lock, I can't believe we're missing out on the insanely awesome demonic pact in pretty much every raid.

i think ronny has demo as dual and using it guite often.

other thing with i see every affliction lackin in pug raids is infernal. none has ot or just not using it which best pet for atleast affliction for last minute of the fight. its doing at least dbm of felhunter's dps. never seen my felhunter doing more than bout 750 dps on my gear and my infernal seen over 1.7k every time.

indeed i play almost every raid in demon spec... only i get always the questing: bursemydps can you go destro because we need a repleshment......

I do apologise then, just I didn't remember you raiding that much, guess I must have been mistaken.
Also I really don't think the loss of 500 or whatever it is spellpower should ever be replaced by replenishment... whoever asked for that should be ashamed.

i was a aff lock till it started droping in dps now i am generaly destro...replenishment got me ...

from what i saw wen i was playng(prob my aff rotation got rusti and outdated) but destro was geting more dps out of fight on a general level for me (dual spec aff/destro) stacking haste and crit for fast cast (destro) but idd u lose dps on movement fights
