Well i don't really know what im doing wrong, i feel like im slacking in raids when im actually trying :-\, my dps seems poor and my raid awareness seems shocking, i don't know i feel like im doing loads of mistakes.

TBH, I don't see the need for 2 sets of raid frames, or the raid-dps graph from recount - it's just extra clutter on the screen to distract you. You can also increase the size of the DBM timers in the middle of the screen that show imminent, so they are more obvious. You could try the UI I use: http://tukui.org which is very clean and simple, and I absolutely love it.
