Thinking of applying to your guild, and I just wanted to get a few questions answered first.

Do you have an actual opening for a feral dps? (I dont like to tank or heal, but I do play dps well)

If I joined and was accepted, what would be the position with a raid spot? Do you have a space for a melee dps at the moment, or if not how long would I have to wait?

Out of the 3 regular 25man raids you do each week, are there always enough people to do the raid?

Think thats about it guys, will be interested to hear the reply before I make a final decision as to whether to apply or not, also apologies if posted in wrong forums.

Checking with the druid cl, we may have a dps spot. One of the raid leaders will get back to you soon - being weekend they may be still asleep

Hey there. That all depends. Being a raiding guild we do have kind of high standards for people we take in. And yes, we raid every time it is due, with holiday seasons we fill the raids with friends if we arent full but at the moment raids are all going.

At the moment we have 0-2 ferals in raids so maybe we have space for you too. But that really depends if you fill the requirements to enter the guild. With loads of people coming in now, we aren't looking for Ulduar/ToC players, only geared and experienced people for ICC10-25 raids.

Being just a single-specced toon is a choice, of course that means it narrows your choices of roles in raids but hell, so do the guys who took a dps-only toon as a main.

I hope this clarifys a bit, with beer in my other hand i cant be sure all my thoughts come thru the fingers.

(and the class leader is a funky mix of bear cat and tree, you'll never know what form he takes next)

I definitely think we have space for another feral druid in the guild, we have 2 other feral druid mains, but one is Bear Main spec and the other (Matafa - the druid CL) often heals and so i dont see a 3rd as being a problem.

We are rarely in a position where we are melee heavy in raids so I dont think this would be a problem either.

With the christmas season we had a few people away on holidays and stuff so we sometimes were a little short of people so we took in a few friends etc to some runs. Now that the holiday season is past I dont foresee that we will be short of ppl for our 25 man raids. To update you on progress we are now 4/7 in ICC25 and 5/7 in ICC10.
