I had to write this in hope that will not happen in further raids
EVERY member of raid need to read strategy for that specific raid that we are going that day
that is a MUST TO DO thing
we can't afford whole night of wiping on some funny boss that we can kill not with 25 man than we can do it with 20 ppl who know what to do on that raid.come on men let's do it right
we need to progress more and more.
I hope there will not be some hard feelings about this but this is pure truth
and btw some ppl have to know even little English that they can raid with us and listen RL(Mike Sem,Cren or whoever lead's raid)
I again say hope that will not be some bad feelings from some members of our guild an hope that that will change soon

I completely agree that people should read tactics before raid, and even more importantly, listen closely to the rl as they explain the tactics at the start. However, learning a new boss is always going to involve wiping. EVERY guild goes through this on each new boss, before they get them on farm - sometimes for days and days. What we have to ensure is wiping doesn't happen through people not paying attention to the rl or not being as prepared as they can be, so that we can learn a boss fight as quickly as possible.
