it is very good.

I know its been updated for patch 2.3 which give sunder buff to devastate.

Since patch 2.3 I've never used sunder coz I believed it was included in devastate, but the post suggests that sunder still gives 3X threat of devastate-so maybe I should be using it after all?

What have you guys been doing & am I correct in my interpretaition of what he's saying?

conclusion..

Devastate better then sunder armor. More Treath per rage.. and more treath per sec.
