I must say , I am finding myself using this ability more and more to make things easier for some encounters
rather than just trying to cause players to walk off ledges into their deaths.

If you know of situations where life grip is a very good thing to do, write it here !

I'll start...

Grim Batol

General Umbriss
- Sometimes players won't move from blitz because they are busy with adds, you could remind them to move with life grip.
- If a player gets hit by blitz and thrown to the air without dying, he will die from the fall damage if he isn't a rogue/priest/mage. Here life gripping him back to the ground is A LOT cooler than levitating him.

Forgemaster Throngus
- Sometimes the tank won't start moving when the boss starts to cast "pick weapon" , help him by pulling him 40 yards back. You can never know if that mace is going to meet his skull.

Drahga Shodowburner
- Just pull people from the 180 flame cone before they die if they decide to stop and pick their nose exactly when that ability is being cast.

Erudax
- When he does the vortex thingy, some players can be really far away due to adds duty, help em get to safety.
- Sometimes he knocks the tank backwards, and most likely give him a nice massive hit right after. If you don't like that, you can always grip the tank to you , far from the boss. Yes the boss will run after him and the tank will most likely go "wtf?!" , but... it will give you time to shield him and BT+GH without incoming damage (if you are disc).

i just got ganked in wsg, by a priest mind contolling me and life grip me into the horde of melee so, mc the mob and u got death grip ^^

u can add druid on that list with cat form. should be time enough to transform.


not good to move 40y if mace comin. i dont have any problem to move myself soon enough if isee mace.. if its shield that 40ypullin could be really bad.

well cren, you pull if you see the mace. if you see a shield... there is no logic in pulling him ^_^

Works well on the last boss of Vortex Pinnacle, you can pull someone into the grounding zone if they're a bit slow/not paying attention

Works well on Blackrocks Descent , before the portal entrance when Cren is just about to enter the instance....

EC how it works in DM cannonball areas? =P

If anyone ends up inside tornadoes you can "Grab" them out again, saved a lot of tanks and DPS' that way
