this one shows you at what point you are unhittable(102.4%) and what % you are when you hit the macro...usefull for tanking anoobs adds on heroic maybe on other fights but anoob is realy important.

this one when you hit it show you your unhittable %, avoidance % and you current defence rating.

just copy and paste them into your macro window, great way to check important tank things

there is also a addon for paladins (i think is working for war also) where u can monitor everything.

The only class who can stay 100% of the time unhittable (on a boss fight) are paladins and for this you prob will need some adds-gear (or top gear)... crushing bows was move from +3 lvl to +4 lvl so you will not get crushing bows anymore meaning there is not a vital stat as it was in TBC. The only class who can get this small bonus are paladins so there are the only ones who really should focus on getting it, other classes can be unhit but only for a limited time as cd are longer than the ability.
